Join Whole Bar Rests

Joins whole bar rests into multi bar bar rests ( combined style or horizontal bar style ).

As rest distribution is typically unpredictable in case of more than one voice, they then should be joined for each system. The option 'Join across system breaks' leads to unexpected results!

N.B. Breve rests look like double measure rests combined style without numerals.
